Q: Why does my program guide show different colors?
A: The different colors you may see throughout your Interactive Guide are called Alerts. Each alert color has a different meaning that helps you get the most out of your entertainment experience.

Q: I received the new Digital Navigator, and my TV display now has black bars. What can I do to return to a full-screen image?
