Have you recently added a new Bright House Networks service to your account or upgraded to a Combo or the Combo Plus?

If so, you may be a little confused by your first bill after making these changes. We'd like to help clear up any uncertainty.

Let's review the detail listed under the Recent Service Change(s) section of your bill.

At Bright House Networks, we bill for services one month in advance. In the event you've changed service options during the middle of your billing period, you'll see adjustments on your current bill for that change in service. As a result, you may see multiple entries listed for a service. You should see your billing period listed next to Account Detail.

For additional clarification please see the scenario below.

Let's assume you are a Digital Cable customer and one week prior to the end of your billing period, you upgraded to a Combo by adding High Speed Internet to your service. As a result, you'll see a charge for the Combo for the time period that you've upgraded service until the end of your billing period in the Recent Service Change(s) section. You'll also see a charge for the Combo for your next month of service in the Current Monthly Service(s) section. You should be able to see the different dates listed with each charge to help you follow the timeline.

Since you were previously billed for your Digital Cable service, your bill will now reflect a credit for that service in the Recent Service Change(s) section. This will occur any time you upgrade or change your current Bright House Networks services. Your first statement after upgrading your services will generally be higher than expected due to the partial month billing for current service and a full month billing of your future service.
